2 lbs.

It's been two weeks and I've lost 2 lbs. I'm right on track.

My friends are training for a 5K in May. I think I'm going to join them. It's a bit scary, but I think I can do it.

You should do the 5k. They're fun to do with friends. Best piece of advice is to get to know your pace.

"Weigh" to go Sara! I'll train for a 5k with you. I can hardly run a mile without stopping right now! Its pathetic that a year ago I ran a half marathon. . . oh the shame!!! and 15 extra pounds! What do you think? I'm sure we could find some turkey trot to do while you're visiting over thanksgiving???
